Tuition, Financial Aid, and Scholarships/Awards
Tuition for the MFA and Certificate Programs will be collected by the University of the Arts. Students will be eligible for federal loans through UArts' financial aid office. MFA students are eligible for institutional support from UArts in the form of scholarships. In cases of financial need, Certificate students can request limited scholarship support from the Pig Iron School.

Pig Iron will offer two work-study positions for part time hourly work that will be scheduled
outside of school hours. There is some crossover in the two jobs but, essentially, the work-study
Facilities Management: Work-study position for APT students. Facilities access to APT studio
spaces for weekend and night-time renters of the studio. Daily and weekly cleaning and
maintenance responsibilities. Eight to ten hours per week during non-school hours.
Administrative Assistance: Assists the Pig Iron Staff with administrative tasks especially in the
area of development and production management. Eight to ten hours per week during non-school
